Lake Havasu May 8th 2010

It was a beautiful calm early Summer Morning with temps in the upper 80s for the start of the final event of the season of the Colorado river Region Won Bass Teams on Lake Havasu held on May 8.
With spawning pretty well done it's a battle of ounces for these hungry post spawn bass.

Raffle prizes included $94.00 50/50 cash and tackled valued over $250.00. A full BBQ put the finishing touch on the '09/'10 season. Thanks to all!
 
What made this event special was the 1st place team of Brian Pluta/Tim Jones, they hit the scales with 15.85 lbs. of Quality largemouth, just enough (.08) over the
brothers Goodwin to take home their first Win Ever in any Bass tournament. A pround moment
for sure. Congratulations Guys....you rock!!!
2nd place went to the "baddest brothers in fishing" Clint and Mike Goodwin they had a quality bag of 4 largemouth/1 smallie that hit the scales at 15.77lbs. good for a $1059.00 paycheck.
This was a special event for Paul Tassie who finished 3rd fishing with his son Devon.
They had a nice bag that weighed 15.58 lbs. good for a $630.00 payday!
Big bass of the event, in fact the largest bass weighed in all season was a "sweet" 7.56lb. Largemouth caught by the 8th place team of Danny Locatis and Andy Becker good for $450.00.
